"CTM did an excellent job. We have large dogs and have light colored carpet. He was able to get up all the stains and made the carpet look like new again. My husband was thinking of replacing the carpet with laminate flooring because it looked terrible, but now we don't have to. The technician was clean professional and friendly. We will use them again to keep the carpets from getting into such bad shape. The cost was also very reasonable and they were able to work within our schedule"

"Please tell us about your experience with this professional. Oh my gosh, talk about a wonderful woman and super-man this team of Tondra & Charles came to us when we had a huge carpet mess! You know when a friend of friend of friend knew someone who could install carpet. Needless to say what a mess! It turned out that there were carpet seams running all kind of ways;seams showing; and bad miss cuts; and carpet that wasn't even tacked down and he just walked away with not even finishing the job. Calling CTM was the best move we could have made, they came in assessed the problem and took on this challenging project. They work night and day taking great pride in their work and repaired our carpet "nightmare". They were detailed in their work, the job was completed and the carpet was so beauty when they finished it was ready for our "open house " on Sunday. Potential buyers- were thrilled with how nice the carpet looked in the home. CTM professionalism was topnotch; they handled our panic call and every transaction with the utmost care and concern. "The first time I saw Charles come in with the machine and goes straight to the kitchen I really got surprise. Because I used to see the people come in only with the hose and clean directly from their truck. But this machine is twice better. It really cleans very well, my carpet was so dirty I have 3 children and I let them eat drink on the sofas.. Sometimes they make a big mess. And because I work I don't have time to clean that often, so my carpet was so dirty I must accepted, but he did a really good job. He is a nice person. And the better thing is that is not expensive.
